A team of medical professionals from Ottawa head to Haiti early this month to provide care for people there, which comes five years after the devastating earthquake that ravaged the country.
Doctors, nurses and other specialists are part of a group called Broken Earth, which has been sending medical help to Haiti since the earthquake in 2010.
The quake killed more than 200,000 people and damaged much of the country's fragile health-care system.
Tom Parry visited the group before they headed to Haiti and delivers his report in the video above.
