NCC board announcements on LeBreton Flats, new Civic hospital

Two major city-building projects topped the agenda of the National Capital Commission's board meeting today: an update on the LeBreton Flats redevelopment negotiations with the Sens-backed group, and the NCC's recommended site for a new Civic campus of The Ottawa Hospital.

Two major city-building projects topped the agenda of the National Capital Commission's board meeting today: an update on the LeBreton Flats redevelopment negotiations with the Sens-backed group, and the NCC's recommended site for a new Civic campus of The Ottawa Hospital.

The only other item on the agenda is the NCC's barn rehabilitation strategy for 80 or so barns, some with heritage value, scattered throughout the NCC-controlled Greenbelt.
