Two teenage girls have been missing from a First Nation community in western Quebec for about two weeks.
On Friday, the band council and the police department of the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation held a news conference to publicize the disappearance of Shannon Alexander, 17, and Maisy Odjick, 16.
The teens disappeared from the community near Maniwaki on Sept. 6.
The families of the girls pleaded for them to call home if possible and asked anyone who knows of their whereabouts to contact them.
