Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed after a cargo ship rammed into it, sending several vehicles into the river below. Halifax Harbour Bridges and the Port of Halifax say they are watching to see if any lessons can be learned from the incident in Maryland. But as Gareth Hampshire tells us, the chance of that happening was already flagged in the Halifax harbour and prevention measures are in place.
