Storm Arthur hits Maritimes

It's becoming a wet and windy day around much of the Maritimes as post-tropical storm Arthur moves in.

It's becoming a wet and windy day around much of the Maritimes as post-tropical storm Arthur moves in.

Arthur is bringing heavy rain and high winds. Many power outages were reported Saturday morning in parts of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
