They said the man was last seen at 7 p.m. on Saturday at a Wendy's restaurant in Lower Truro.
His family said Webb functions at the level of a 10 to 12 year old and has been declared legally incompetent by the courts. He also has a number of medical issues including epilepsy, heart disease, asthma and language and anxiety disorders.
Bringing him home has proved a complicated process, Brenda Webb said last week.
Webb is described as five-feet-seven inches tall, approximately 130 lbs with medium-length brown hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, light grey hoodie, blue jeans, a dark green toque, and hiking boots.
