Power mostly restored after outage in Cole Harbour

Power has been mostly restored after nearly 5,000 Nova Scotia Power customers lost power in Cole Harbour Sunday evening.

Power has been mostly restored after nearly 5,000 Nova Scotia Power customers lost power in Cole Harbour Sunday evening.

According to Nova Scotia Power's outage map, the outage began just after 4:45 p.m. and was caused by damage to equipment.

At 8 p.m., 930 customers were still without power.

About 4,000 Cole Harbour customers also lost power last Sunday following a snowstorm.
