For the first summer in 46 years, kids will not be paddling in Windsor, N.S. A ministerial order to improve fish passage has altered the man-made lake in Windsor and has left them with no water to paddle their boats. Now the Piziquid Canoe Club is moving elsewhere. Paul Palmeter has that story.
