An investigation by CBC Nova Scotia has found that more than 100 municipal delegates from the province went to annual meetings of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, at a total cost of more than $600,000.

An investigation by CBC Nova Scotia has found that more than 100 municipal delegates from the province went to annual meetings of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, at a total cost of more than $600,000.
In 2013, the meeting was in Vancouver and it was in Niagara Falls in 2014.
CBC News requested the number of delegates from each municipality and total cost. In some cases, the delegate total includes the chief administrative officer, who is not an elected official.
