A man died in an all-terrain vehicle crash in New Waterford early Sunday morning.
Cape Breton Regional Police say the ATV crashed on James Street at about 4 a.m., killing a 49-year-old man.
Staff with the police force's forensic identification team and traffic safety unit are investigating.
The man's name has not yet been released by police.
