Hundreds of security experts from around the globe will be in Halifax this weekend for the sixth-annual International Security Forum.
Among the 300 participants will be U.S. Senator John McCain, Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird, and Ehud Barak, former prime minister of Israel.
They will discuss, on and off the record, the threat of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, the spread of Ebola, and renewed armed conflicts, along with views on Canadian and American leadership to address these crises.
The conference runs Nov. 21-23.
