“We are very pleased to have Mr.Kelly join our team,” Taylor said. “His business and public sector background, as well as his business development skills and knowledge of Halifax and Nova Scotia will be invaluable as we look to grow our company.”

In February 2012, Kelly said he would not re-offer in the fall election. Kelly has since been working as a consultant.

“Kelly has worked for over 30 years in both the private and public sectors as well as on many volunteer boards and organizations. Mr. Kelly brings many years of managerial and business consulting experience," Taylor said.

Taylor once worked for Kelly during his time as a politician.
