Dr. Arya Sharma dispelling weight gain myths through comedy

A Canadian doctor is trying to dispel some of the myths about weight gain and he's using comedy to get his message across.

Eat less, move more. If it was actually that easy to lose weight everyone would do it. 

Instead we have a multi-billion dollar diet industry, an obesity crisis and a health care system with few tools to help people who need to change their lifestyle.

The CBC's Pauline Dakin spoke with Dr. Arya Sharma, one of the country's leading obesity researchers.

He's trying to dispel some of the myths about weight gain and he's using comedy to get his message across.
