Big Tancook Island man knits hundreds of hats for people in need

Norm LeBlanc has knit a hat a day for the last four years — and prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, he made 500 hats for newborns at the IWK. LeBlanc also donates hats to shelters in Halifax and Kentville. Colleen Jones has the story.
