ATV driver in serious condition after Upper Tantallon crash

A man is in hospital with serious injuries after driving an ATV into a pole near the intersection of St. Margarets Bay Road and Peggys Cove Road.

Police called to scene near St. Margarets Bay Road and Peggys Cove Road around 12:30 p.m.

A 24-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after driving an ATV into a pole in Upper Tantallon on Friday. 

The crash happened near the intersection of St. Margarets Bay Road and Peggys Cove Road.

Police were called to the scene around 12:37 p.m.

RCMP Cpl. Shane Christmas said the family has been notified. 

A reconstructionist with the RCMP has been sent to the scene, Christmas said.
