African Heritage Month proclaimed at ceremony unveiling this year’s theme

The official proclamation of African Heritage Month was held at Province House today with many community members, musicians and officials in attendance. This year’s poster was created by Paul Adams Jr., an African Nova Scotian graphic designer from Dartmouth. He's designed the official posters for the last 11 years.
