Yukon Electrical launches eagle cam in Whitehorse

A bald eagle and her partner are making Whitehorse home for the summer, and they're expecting three chicks.

At least one of those chicks may come a little early.     

You can watch it happen live via a web camera set up by Yukon Electrical.

"We're expecting the hatching potentially Monday or Tuesday of next week, for the first chick so we're hoping that maybe a day earlier would be really nice to have a chick on Mother's Day," said Laura Carlson, a spokesperson for the company.
