Woman dead, man charged with impaired driving after weekend crash near Yellowknife
A woman died in a single-vehicle car crash on the Ingraham Trail near Yellowknife over the weekend and a 29-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving causing death.

A woman died in a single-vehicle car crash on Yellowknife's Ingraham Trail over the weekend and a 29-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving causing death.
The RCMP says the incident happened at about 9:30 a.m. on Sunday on Highway 4.
The car went off the road just west of the Prosperous Lake boat launch and landed in a pond.
The passengers were brought to Stanton Territorial Hospital, where the woman was declared dead.
Joshua Moore, 29, has been charged with "numerous Criminal Code charges including impaired driving, over .08, impaired driving causing death, and impaired driving causing bodily harm," the news release said.
Moore is in custody and scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
