Phone, DSL internet service restored in Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T.
Telecommunications services were restored to Northwestel customers in Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T., after an outage affected the community's phone, DSL and internet service.
RCMP emergency line was affected, now back up and running
Phone, cellphone and DSL internet service has been restored in Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T.
There was a service disruption Monday in the community. Northwestel was sending technicians to Tuktoyaktuk to try and get services restored as quickly as possible.
The outage included the local RCMP's emergency number.
Northwestel confirms that service was restored at about 3:15 Monday afternoon.
