CBC got an exclusive look into Iqaluit's Baffin Correctional Centre and the new minimum security facility, Makigiarvik. Nunavut's Justice Department hopes Makigiarvik will ease the strain on BCC, which was slammed in an Auditor General's report this year for overcrowding and risking the safety of staff and inmates.
