No room left at St. Paul's Hospital
St. Paul's Hospital in downtown Vancouver is advising people who need medical help to go somewhere else, because every bed and stretcher is full.
Hospital spokesperson Gavin Wilson says overcrowding and staff shortages are the main reasons for the backlog.
Wilson says some people have been waiting to see a doctor since late Thursday morning.

Unless it's an emergency, people who need treatment are being asked to go to a walk-in clinic or to their family physician instead of St. Paul's.
