#ThrowbackThursday: Corner Brook tunes up for Winter Carnival

Corner Brook's annual Winter Carnival launches Friday night, and to get in the mood, we reached into our vault and found this nugget from 1993. 

You'll see scenes from a lip-synch contest, featuring then-teenagers Rick Waterman and Janice Galliott as they work their way through a version of Summer Nights from the movie Grease. 

Playing along in the back is mascot Leif the Lucky and the one and only Karl Wells, who was on location for Here & Now.
