Haunted N.L.: The Scream
Our ghost story series concludes with actual found footage that will make you scream...
The video begins with a shot of an old wooden door, and a quavering voice from behind the camera.
"I do not want to go in there, but I'm going to have to go in there soon," it says.
The voice belongs to Brandon Cooper. In the summer of 2013, Cooper was working at the Orange Lodge in Twillingate when he started to notice strange sounds coming from the seemingly empty building.
Cooper wanted to capture the sounds — and whatever was making them — on video.
But his friend Tony Horwood said Cooper may have thought twice, had he known about the history of the Orange Lodge.
"Years ago I was told that, probably a hundred years ago, they would store the caskets and bodies in this place, because it's so cold." said Horwood.
"People said, when the time come for the funeral, it would be just the body that would be put in the ground, and the spirit would still stay."
The final chapter in our Haunted N.L. series features the actual video shot by Cooper. Turn up the sound and listen for …The Scream.
