Friends and family of Quinn Butt have a "celebration of life" planned for this morning in Riverhead, Harbour Grace.

Friends and family of Quinn Butt have a "celebration of life" planned for this morning in Riverhead, Harbour Grace.
The service is set to take place at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m.
On Thursday, about 2,500 people attended a candlelight vigil for the five-year-old who died at her father's home in Carbonear last weekend.
Police have charged Butt's father with first-degree murder.

Family are asking that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Iris Kirby House in St. John's, a foundation that offers shelter to women and children experiencing domestic violence.
