A public information session is planned to discuss a proposed condominium development in downtown St. John's.
The meeting will be held at City Hall in January, and will give citizens and stakeholders a chance to voice their opinions on the development.
RJC Services wants to build the condos on a vacant lot on the east side of Temperance Street. The proposal is for a four storey building with 38 units and 44 underground parking spaces.
The site is across the road from a series of stone buildings known as the Four Sisters, built in the late 1800s.
Some residents have objected to the plan, saying the complex would ruin the cozy and historic feel of the area.
There are also concerns about increased traffic problems, noise and lighting.
