Million-dollar lottery ticket sold in Baie Verte

Someone who bought a lottery ticket in Baie Verte recently is likely having a really good weekend.

Atlantic Lottery Corp. says a ticket sold in the town for Friday night's  MaxMillions draw has won a $1-million prize. 

The corporation said that another ticket sold in Sydney, N.S., won the same prize. 

"Details on the prize winners will be released as soon as the winners comes forward to collect the prizes," ALC said in a statement Saturday.
