Jason Jaffray heading to Germany's pro hockey league
One of the St. John's IceCaps most well-known players is heading to Germany to play with the EHC Red Bull Munchen.
The team made the announcement on its Twitter feed Monday that Jaffray would play for the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.
EHC Red Bull Munchen is a professional hockey team based in Munich.
Jaffray had been captain of the IceCaps, a fan favourite, and was an active participate in community events.
