Speeding impaired driver busted in St. John's

Police in St. John's arrested and charged a man with impaired driving in St. John's Tuesday night.

Around 9:30 p.m., the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary stopped a speeding vehicle in the centre city area.

The 25-year-old driver was charged with impaired driving.

He was arrested, but released from custody to make a court appearance at a later date.
