Some bar owners in downtown St. John's are launching an awareness campaign around the issue of drugs in drinks.
Seamus O'Keefe, the executive director of the George Street Association, said his group is working with police on the problem.
The campaign will include five different posters drawing attention to the dangers of leaving drinks unattended.
Posters will begin appearing on video screens in bars, and on the association's website over the next couple of weeks.
The campaign comes on the heels of a CBC News investigation into the issue.
