Former Montreal Canadiens players in St. John's for hockey camp
Former members of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens will be in Newfoundland this week.
Sergio Momesso, Gaston Gingras, Gilbert Delorme and Richard Sevigny are running a hockey school at the Jack Byrne arena in Torbay, helping young players to improve their game.
Momesso, former Canadiens winger and current commentator, said he enjoys teaching kids hockey skills, noting he's done a fair amount of that since he retired.
"We're all going to be there for a week and I've done a lot of hockey schools over my career since I've been done playing," he said.
"There are a lot of schools here in Montreal and we also work with the Canadiens and have a big successful school here."

The Canadiens are building on their new relationship with Newfoundland, as the franchise's AHL farm team is coming to St. John's for at least the next two seasons.

Momesso told CBC News he is hoping this year's IceCaps can find some offence because last year's team had difficulty scoring goals.
"They need some offence," he said.
"They had trouble scoring goals. Defensively — kind of like the big club — defensively good, but they had some trouble scoring goals."
