Lazar, the new album from the St. John's based band, London Above, is an upbeat pop/rock album, with something new to discover musically on each listen.   

London Above members Chris Morrison and Elliott Butt studied classical music at Memorial University's school of music, and they said that experience has made its way into the band's music.

"Definitely song structure, definitely melody structure," said Butt.

"It's not just 'sing what you feel' and go."
