Dwight Ball announced five of his senior staff appointments on Monday, and the roster is full of familiar faces.
Ball appointed former Burgeo-La Poile MHA Kelvin Parsons to be his chief of staff, a role he's held for the past four years.
Ball made Tim Murphy as the deputy chief of staff. Murphy has worked with Chevron Canada for the past 10 years, but was a high-ranking civil servant with the Newfoundland and Labrador government for nearly 20 years beforehand.
Peter Miles will take on the role of senior advisor on economic policy, as he's been for the past three years with the opposition, and Joy Buckle will be the senior advisor for social policy. Buckle is also no stranger to the Liberal office, having worked as their director of research and policy for the last seven years.
Nancy O'Connor will be director of communications for the premier, switching from her role as head of communications for the official opposition.
Ball will name his cabinet on Monday.
