"We know that somebody out there knows something," said a tearful Gillian Fletcher. "We love her dearly and we desperately want to know if she is safe."

In the video Fletcher thanks people who helped raise the reward money and those who have assisted in the search for Springer.

The reward is being offered through Crime Stoppers New Brunswick.

Fletcher also made an appeal directly to her daughter.

"Jami, honey, if you see this please know that every single morning when I wake up I pray and I hope that this is the day that we are going to hear from you and that we are going to find out that you're safe and OK."

Disappearance suspicious

From the beginning RCMP have treated Springer's disappearance as suspicious, saying it was unusual for her to be out of contact with her family for long periods without explanation.
