How do you turn an hour of shovelling into a mere minute?

Duane Kelly, of Moncton, did just that.

He posted a timelapse video of him and his roommate digging their way through about 2.4 metres of snow from the latest storm over the weekend.

"It's pretty crazy," said Kelly. "We get a lot of snow, but this is definitely the most snow I've seen in 20 years."

The roommates were snow-trapped for two days when they decided to take action.

"I had to get to Tim Horton's to get a double double," joked Kelly.

The video, called Moncton Snow Storm - 2 Men 1 Shovel - Time Lapse, has gotten more than 1,000 views on YouTube since it was posted on Monday.
