A Moncton man has been charged with being accessory after the fact to murder in connection with the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie in the city last month.

Zachary Holden, 18, of Moncton, who is accused of assisting fugitive Tyler Noel, 18, was also charged Monday with being unlawfully in a dwelling house, flight from police and dangerous driving.

Bradley John Bonnell, 20, of Wheaton Settlement, was also charged Monday with being unlawfully in a dwelling house.

Tyler Noel, 18, who was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant on Saturday, is charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie's death. (RCMP)
The two men were arrested on Saturday afternoon near Petitcodiac, N.B., while in the company of Noel, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, say RCMP.

They remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in Moncton provincial court on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.

Noel was previously charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death of Wylie.

RCMP are still searching for Marissa Shephard, 20, who is also charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie's death.

Devon Morningstar, 18, who was previously charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie's death, has been sent for a 30-day psychiatric assessment.

Wylie's body was discovered after an early-morning house fire on Sumac Street on Dec. 17.

Noel and Shephard were named as persons of interest after Wylie's body was discovered.

Canada-wide warrants were issued for the pair on Dec. 28, days after the charges were laid and a local warrant was issued.

Police had warned that Noel and Shephard were considered dangerous because of the violent nature of the crime, and that anyone helping them hide could face serious charges as well.

RCMP were called to a break-in at a cottage in Elgin on Saturday around noon. That led police to Petitcodiac where they arrested Noel, who they say was in a car at the time.

There were two other people in the vehicle, who were arrested.

Shephard is described as being Caucasian, about five feet, five inches tall and 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest — not a heart as had been stated in previous news releases.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911, the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
