UPAC raids Terrebonne City Hall, residences
Quebec's anti-corruption unit (UPAC) is conducting raids this morning in Terrebonne in connection with an investigation into collusion of awarding public contracts.
Investigators and police are at 10 locations in Terrebonne and Laval
Quebec's anti-corruption unit (UPAC) and the Sûreté du Québec are conducting raids this morning in Terrebonne and Laval in connection with the awarding of public contracts.
The raids are being carried out at 10 different locations, including Terrebonne City Hall and about 100 police officers are on scene.
No arrests have been made but several people have been questioned by investigators.
The operation is expected to last all day.
