UPAC lays 67 charges against Roche, Pleuritec

Anti-corruption investigators say fines amount to $195K

Quebec's anti-corruption investigators have laid 67 criminal charges against engineering-consulting firms Roche, now known as Norda Stelo, and Pluritec.

UPAC says the fines amount to a total of $195,116. 

The charges are related to fraud and illegally obtaining tax credits.

The charges are laid against Roche's former executive France Michaud, as well as Serge Dussault, Mario Martel, Alex Brisson, Christian Bérubé and Sylvain Corneau.

Jonathan Duguay and Gilles Cousineau of Pleuritec are also facing charges.
