The pressure tactic follows a week of rotating strikes by public sector workers, health-care professionals and teachers in wake of stalled negotiations with the Quebec government.
Teachers and support staff are expected to join in the human chains outside of schools.
The organization has also invited parents to protest outside of Liberal candidate Dominique Anglade's campaign office in the riding of Saint-Henri-Sainte-Anne in Montreal.
Anglade is vying for one of four vacant posts in Quebec's provincial byelection.
Quebec teachers have been without a contract since April.
