Quality wine comes to a Quebec dépanneur near you

Finding a bottle of quality wine might soon be as easy as a trip to your local dépanneur.

A franchise called Vins et Cie has joined forces with an importing and bottling company to help Quebec convenience stores and grocers offer better wines.
