Raids this morning are targeting a Saint-Leonard company that police say is involved in illegal towing operations on "a massive scale."
Police say the individuals have ties to organized crime.
A total of 13 people have been arrested.

The police operation is underway in Montreal, Longueuil, Laval and Châteauguay.
The investigation was led by Montreal police, but also involved inspectors from Revenu Québec.
