Montreal police have arrested another man, 28-year-old Yaacoub Sarraf, in connection with a taxi fraud case.

Montreal police have arrested another man in connection with a taxi fraud case.
Yaacoub Sarraf, 28, was charged with fraud in Quebec court on Oct. 8, Montreal police confirmed on Thursday. Police are searching for four other men in the case.

Mohamad Fadel, 33, and Ayman Hajj Ali, 29, were charged in June in the same case.
The men are accused of using a special machine to skim customers' PIN, and then stealing the debit card — while handing back a look-alike to the customer. The bank account linked to the real debit card was then drained.
