CBC at POP Montreal: What's Canadian music, anyway?
Join us on Sept. 27 for a collaboration between POP Symposium and CBC Quebec
On Friday, Sept. 27, join The Bridge host Nantali Indongo for a panel discussion on the value of music made in Canada. The event, which takes place at Bibliothèque Mordecai-Richler, is a collaboration between POP Symposium and CBC Quebec.
Are the artists who make music in this place we call Canada able to thrive? Are the policies in place working in the way they are intended to? Does it matter? Panellists include musicians Odario Williams, Zoon, Anachnid, and SLM.
The 60-minute discussion will be recorded in front of a live audience for an episode of The Bridge (CBC Radio, CBC News App, CBC Listen and SiriusXM).
Please join us afterward for refreshments and music. The event is free, but you must register in advance.
