Frustrated with the City of Montreal's inaction, comedian Antonio Riccio uses a 99-cent bag of top soil to fill up a pot hole near his home.

Frustrated with the City of Montreal's inaction, comedian Antonio Riccio decided to use a 99-cent bag of top soil to fill up a pothole near his home.
"This is something I wanted to do three years ago," says Riccio in a rant shared widely on Facebook.
"Two minutes, it took — a dollar."

Riccio, who goes by the stage name Heavy T, joked the city would have needed two trucks and seven employees to do the same job.
"Potholes, bridges, everything is collapsing," he says.
