Winnipeg's Wall to Wall fest installs public art all over city ahead of Nuit Blanche

Wall to Wall is putting up public works of art across Winnipeg ahead of Nuit Blanche and Culture Days in Manitoba. This year, the six artists installed their work across the city and will collaborate on one final mural in the Exchange District. The fest's goal? Make art accessible.
