An incident involving a snowplow has cut power to 1,318 customers, says Manitoba Hydro.

At 7:30 a.m. this morning a piece of snow clearing equipment hit a transformer pole behind a grocery store on Pembina Highway.

Hydro crews are on site repairing the pole.

Manitoba Hydro says power should be restored by between noon and 12:30 p.m.
