Kailyn Pederson found after going missing from West End
Kailyn Pederson, 21, had last been seen in the West End early Monday.
A woman who went missing early Monday in Winnipeg has been found.
Kailyn Pederson, 21, was last seen in the West End just after midnight. Police said Tuesday morning she has been located.
Pederson's aunt, Cindy Klassen, had told CBC they were carving pumpkins at home on Sunday and went to bed just after midnight. When Klassen woke up in the morning, Pederson wasn't there.
Klassen said her niece was diagnosed with schizophrenia in February.
Police did not say where Pederson was found or when.
