Gimli man, 63, missing since Thursday found safe: RCMP

A 63-year-old Gimli man who was last seen at his home on Thursday has been found safe, RCMP say.

The man was reported missing on April 4 after he was last seen at his home in the RM of Gimli at about 7:30 p.m., RCMP said in a news release Saturday.

In a Sunday social media post on X (formerly Twitter), RCMP said he had been safely located.

CBC News has removed his name and photo to protect his identity now that he has been found.
