$21K worth of meth seized in Winnipeg

After more than $21,000 worth of methamphetamine was seized, three people face a slew of drug trafficking charges.

Police seized more than a pound of meth and found nearly $5,000 in cash while executing a warrant on St. Johns Avenue, between Andrews and Powers Street, Saturday morning.

Police also said they seized two grams of meth and more than $700 from one of the people arrested.    

A 42-year-old man from Winnipeg, 36-year-old man from West St. Paul and 30-year-old woman from West St. Paul were all charged with trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
