'Looks like total fun, but you needed your wool underwear,' says man who filmed stunts on ice
Andrew Blicq shot video of kiteboarders catching some major air on Lake Winnipeg near Gimli, Man., over the weekend.
Wind gusts of over 40 kilometres an hour and temperatures in the minuses in the Gimli area made for great kiteboarding weather on the lake Saturday.
"They must have been the only ones at the beach — very cold down there," Blicq said. "This looks like total fun, but you needed your wool underwear."
