After adding Dustin Byfuglien and then Mathieu Perreault back to their lineup, more help could be on the way for the Jets' playoff push.

Top-line centre Bryan Little is close to coming back from an upper-body injury that's kept him out 11 games.

Little practiced with the team today, and said post-practice he might suit up against the New York Rangers tomorrow night at MTS Centre.

Jets' coach Paul Maurice will talk with Little after tomorrow's morning skate to see if Little's ready to go.

The 27 year-old has 51 points in 65 games this season.

Dustin Byfuglien has three goals in two games since getting back in the action.

Mathieu Perreault looked ready for expanded duty after 8:40 on ice in Sunday's return against the Blackhawks.

Defenceman Ben Chiarot (hand) is also nearing a return, he could be available for Saturday's game against Vancouver.
